Thursday, 5th March
As the new aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales sits in the Mersey, we are thrilled to welcome the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity as a special guest to First Thursday in March.
The RNRMC is the principal charity of the Royal Navy, and exists to support sailors, marines and their families for life. Beneficiaries lie at the heart of the Charity’s purpose. Since 2007, they have funded projects and facilities that boost morale for those who serve today. The RNRMC also distributes millions of pounds annually to military charities which care for the children, families and veterans of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines. Find out more at https://www.rnrmc.org.uk/
The Propeller Club Liverpool has extended a very special welcome to RNRMC, and while the club here will be sponsoring the event, we are doing so to provide a platform for the charity to meet people in Liverpool, to bring those they support along…and hopefully to find new sponsors who will allow them to continue their incredible work.
We will be joined by old and new friends alike, and look forward to welcoming you with our usual maritime networking fervour.
As usual, we will be in Baby E on Dale Street from 1730 onwards – see you there!
