The 11th National Apprenticeship Week – and the National Careers Week North West (NAW 2018) will run on the 6th and the 8th March 2018. Martin Luther King Venue, Albert Dock, Liverpool

During the two days employers and apprentices from across the North West of England will come together to celebrate the success of apprenticeships whilst encouraging even more people to choose apprenticeships as a pathway to a great career.

The theme for the #NAW2018 is ‘Apprenticeships Work’. Showcasing how apprenticeships work:

  • for individuals
  • for employers
  • for the community
  • for the wider economy

MAST will have a Class A Tall ship berthed in Albert Dock open for business. The ship will be open from 10am until 6pm on the 6th and the 8th March 2018

MAST is creating the environment for students and employers to meet each other and discuss future prospects. This will allow businesses both private and public

  • Hire the ship for an event
  • Display their business portfolio to young people to attract future apprentices

This will give students the chance to speak to future employers.
