A special black tie dinner to mark 100 years of welfare support for seafarers and their families in times of need, raising funds for a local Merseyside project in support of older and retired seafarers.
There will be a sparkling drinks reception followed by a splendid three course dinner at a wonderful venue steeped in maritime history.
The evening will include music by the Band of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines Scotland, an auction and an after dinner speech by Lord Prescott, and the Lord Mayor will be in attendance.

All profits from the evening will go towards the new care and accommodation wing being built at Mariners’ Park in Wallasey for older and retired seafarers – a Seafarers UK Centenary project
