Congratulations to ACL as they have finally taken possession of their new purpose-built Liverpool headquarters.
The 40,000 sq ft £10m Duke Street site is the first new-build shipping HQ to open in Liverpool since 1932.
ACL, which operates a container service between Liverpool and North America, will undertake fit-out work during the summer before moving almost 165 staff from its currentPrinces Dock site into two of the four storeys at its new base.
The line will seek to let the remaining two storeys to the city’s general office market.
Ian Higby, ACL managing director, speaking to the Echo saud: “We are committed to Liverpool as a place to manage business from and we have been here for a long time.
Now the company is in the heart of the city, we very much look forward to the good people of ACL joining in the Propeller Club fun.
