At The Propeller Club Liverpool Gala Dinner we gave out some awards, and it is was especially wonderful to present a Special Recognition Award to Stephen Blaikie, honouring his exceptional support and contributions over the past 16 years.
Stephen has been a steadfast ally, guiding us from the very early days of hosting First Thursdays to our eventual evolution into the thriving Propeller Club Liverpool we are today. His wise counsel and unwavering support have been instrumental in shaping our journey.
Stephen was CEO of Bibby Marine Services Ltd until retirement, having led Bibby’s successful venture into the offshore renewables sector, starting with the acquisition of Bibby HydroMap. His leadership continued with the Bibby WaveMaster series of vessels, establishing Bibby Marine as a key player in the SOV (Service Operation Vessel) sector. He then went onto have a huge impact within a number of businesses as Non Executive Director.
